هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين التحرش الجنسي والسلوك الأخلاقي لدى طلاب الجامعة، وكذلك الفرق بين الطلاب والطالبات على مقياس التحرش الجنسي، والفرق بين الطلاب والطالبات على مقياس السلوك الأخلاقي، والفرق بين بين الطلاب ذوى التخصصات العلمية والطلاب ذوى التخصصات الأدبية على مقياس التحرش وكذلك الفرق بين الطلاب ذوى التخصصات العلمية والطلاب ذوى التخصصات الأدبية على مقياس السلوك الأخلاقي. والطلاب ذوى التخصصات الأدبية على مقياس السلوك الأخلاقي، والكشف عن إسهام التحرش الجنسي في التنبؤ بالسلوك الأخلاقي لدى طلاب الجامعة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عدد من طلاب وطالبات جامعة المنيا بلغ عددهم (600) طالباً وطالبة يمثلون كليات عملية (التربية-العلوم) وكليات نظرية (الآداب-دار العلوم)، تتراوح أعمارهم بين (20 - 23عام)، وتم تطبيق مقياس التحرش الجنسي من إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس السلوك الأخلاقي من إعداد الباحثة، وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج الآتية: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين درجات الطلاب على مقياس التحرش الجنسي بأبعاده الستة ودرجاتهم على مقياس السلوك الأخلاقي بأبعاده الخمسة. - يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب والطالبات عينة الدراسة على مقياس التحرش الجنسي في اتجاه الطلاب. - يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب والطالبات عينة الدراسة على مقياس السلوك الأخلاقي بأبعاده الخمسة وذلك في اتجاه الطالبات. - يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب ذوي التخصصات العلمية والطلاب ذوي التخصصات الأدبية على مقياس التحرش الجنسي بأبعاده الستة وذلك في اتجاه الطلاب ذوي التخصصات الأدبية. - يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب ذوي التخصصات العلمية والطلاب ذوي التخصصات الأدبية في أبعاد السلوك الأخلاقي في اتجاه درجات الطلاب ذوي التخصصات العلمية. - يسهم التحرش الجنسي إسهاما دالا إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) في التنبؤ بأبعاد السلوك الأخلاقي لدى طلاب الجامعة.
The Present study is to identify the relationship correlation between sexual harassment and moral behavior of Minia University students, as well as the difference between male and female students on scale of sexual harassment, and the difference between male and female students on ascale moral behavior, and the difference between students with scientific disciplines and students with disciplinary literary on ascale of sexual harassment, as well as the fifference between students with scientific disciplines and students with disciplinary literary on ascal of Morel Behavior, conduct and discbsure of the contribution of sexual harassment in predicting the behavior of moral for University students and study sample consisted of anumber of students of Minia University numbered (600) students, representing the faculties of the process (Education-sciences), colleges theory (Arts-Dar aluloon) and between the ages of (20-23) was applied in sexual harassment scale of the researcher and the measure of the moral behavior of the researcher and the study found the results derived: 1- No relation ship correlation is negative stutisically significant at the level (1). Amory the students grades on a scale of sexual harassment dimensions and six grades on a scale the moral climencions of the five behavior. 2- There hash statistical difference between the average male and female students grades study sample on a scale of sexual harassment in the direction of students. 3- There is a statistically significant difference between mean scores of male and female students study sample on a scale the moral dimensions of the five behavior that in the direction of the students. 4- There is a statistically significant difference between the averages of students with degrees of scientific disciplines and students with disciplinary literary on a scole of sexual harassment dimensions and six in the direction of students with disciplinary literary. 5- There is astatistically significant difference between the a verage scores of students with scientific disciplines and students with specialties in literary dimensions of moral behavior in the direction of students with degrees of scientific disciplines. 6- Contribute to sexual harassment Dalla contribution statistically significant at the level of (1.0) in predictiny the dimensions of ethical behavior amony University students.
