لقد أصبحت المعرفة قوة دافعة، ومحركا أساسيا للاقتصاد الحديث، فهي أهم وسائل زيادة الإنتاجية، وبالتالي أصبح اقتصاد المعرفة الركيزة الرئيسة لإحداث طفرات هائلة في موارد الأمم والشعوب. وهذا الأمر يتطلب من نظم التعليم، إعداد القوى البشرية التي تمتلك المعارف والمهارات والقدرات العالية والملمة بالتقنيات الحديثة. ويُعد التخطيط التربوي ضرورة حتمية لمواجهة التحديات في أي مجتمع عن طريق وضع خطط محددة للتعامل مع الأحداث وتحقيق المرونة في التعامل مع المتغيرات المتسارعة في مجالات الحياة المختلفة؛ إذ لا يمكن تنفيذ أي عمل في النظام التعليمي بدون التخطيط له. استهدفت الدراسة الحالية: التعرف على مفهوم التخطيط التربوي. تحديد مفهوم مجتمع المعرفة وخصائصه ومعوقات بناءه. توضيح علاقة مجتمع المعرفة بالتخطيط التربوي. ومن أهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة الحالية من نتائج: أن العلاقة الجامدة بين التعليم والعمل تكون بعيدة المنال في ظل مجتمع المعرفة حيث أن بعض المؤهلات التعليمية تؤدي إلى العديد من المهن. مما يقتضي وجود قوى بشرية قادرة على التحول بين الوظائف والمهن. التخطيط التربوي الجيد لاحتياجات من القوى البشرية لابد أن يأخذ بعين الاعتبار التغير التكنولوجي الذي سوف يطرأ على سوق العمل، والذي سيغير الإنتاجية، وبنية العمل، وبنية العمالة، والمؤهلات التعليمية ونوعيتها. في ظل مجتمع المعرفة، أصبحت الأولوية في التعليم للكيفية التي يحصل بها الفرد على المعرفة وكيفية اتقانه أدوات التعامل معها، مما يتطلب تغييرا في علاقة الفرد بالمعرفة إلماما واستيعابا وتوظيفا وإنتاجا.

The current study aimed: to identify the concept of educational planning, and defining the concept of the knowledge society and its characteristics and obstacles to build and Clarify the relationship of the knowledge society of educational planning. The present study reached some results as follows: • that the rigid relationship between the education and work are out of reach in the light of the knowledge society, where some educational qualifications that lead to many professions. Which requires the existence of manpower are capable of transition between jobs and professions. • Well educational planning for the needs of manpower must take into account the technological change that will occur to the labor market, which will change the productivity, and work structure, and the structure of employment, educational qualifications and quality. In the light of the knowledge society, has become a priority in the education of how to get by individual on knowledge and how to mastery of tools deal with them, which requires a change in the relationship of the individual with the knowledge and conversant accommodating and employers and productive.
