المستخلص: 1- The term Endowment known in latter religions ,but it idealized in Islam with its techniques ,controls, and its rules, the first who endowed in Islam was the Prophet ( Mohammad ) where he endowed seven orchards in (Medina) and followed him the Caliphs and his blessed friends (Allah bless them) 2- The endowment developed naturally graduated in the Umayyad Caliph ,the Abbasid Caliph ,then the Ottoman Caliph, due to great prefer of Muslims to the endowment in a side ,and due to the spread of the Islamic state in another side, 3- Spreading the girdle of endowment in Islam to include many kinds of charities that serves, religious, social, scientific and healthcare purposes ,and even included the care for people with special needs, that leads to the solidarity among all society slices . 4- The endowment considers in its wide historical area, the mirror for the faith concise in Muslims and their eager to do good.
