المستخلص: The investigations in it's general meaning, is the certainty and replacing the doubts with certainty ,but for the manuscripts investigations ,, it means publishing what the book’s author put in his original copy or closer ,by following special procedures for that after inferring the book’s title and it's right linage for the author ,the manuscripts investigations has great importance in archiving the information ,letters, and the books and it is one of the sciences that grown in modern times and mostly gets used of it the Arabic heritage ,because it gives life for most of the books and puts them in the hands of the readers .the roots of this science extends deeply in the Islamic heritage . The archiving of the holy prophet (Muhammad) speaehs, the recur of the Holy Quran texts and the ways of copying the books ,,they all refer to the origins of this science
