المستخلص: Abortion is one of the important subjects, because it concerns all the society categories, and its negatives are more than it`s positives for the harm that cause for the woman both if it was compulsory or voluntary, and the decision of it is very dangerous, because if it was compulsory without any excuse determines as a crime both, legitimate and by law. The searcher showed what is the meaning of the abortion, its causes and the legal stand before attempting it, he showed that abortion has causes, and maybe necessary if there is danger or death for the pregnancy, and should be proved by a special doctor. the searcher showed whether the miscarriage should be inherited, washed or prayed for and he mentioned that by some scholar’s opinions for all doctrines, the searcher showed on whom the mother and miscarriage compensation occurred if mother died during abortion , in the conclusion the searcher showed that this matter should took with care because it is against legal and hygienic harm for the mother
