520 |b Family system is considered as one of the most important systems that, the society depends on ,As well as it considered essential for all other systems . This system has been fighting against many attacks which try to weakening its strength ,first ,by letting the modem society do most of its functions » except the delivery , socialization and passionate needs satisfaction. \ Recently , the liberation movements directed to find alternatives to satisfy these needs other than the range of the social system. \ The effect of these changes differs according to both, the Islamic family system and the Western family system. And this is connected to the basic cognitive difference between the two. That is to say, the Western family mostly open the way into the change and accept it. This is because its rules related to human and also because the church lost its effect on this system resulted from the flourishing out of the ideas of the individual and modernization. The Islamic family on the other hand, is related to «God», existence, continuity, and the disappear of the system adequately. \ There fore, there is no chance for the individual liberate, except in the family members and its participants , and the continuity or the disappearance of these groups. For this reason, the deviate from the social norm phenomena, remain individual and can not find support from the society, and it does not affect on its rules system. \
