المستخلص: The study aims at stabling sources of accuracy, selecting the word for affecting appropriate meaning, and the influence of that in evaluating the Arabic prose to be a foundation considered by critics and writers in their writings and criticism of poetry. This will be through Ibn Katheer’s critic and literary efforts, in particular, his book ‘Elmathal Elsaer fy Adab Elkateb wa Elshaer’ beside words and vocabulary items, this is because our Arabic language is very rich of vocabulary items. And through applied analytical method, the researcher has come out according to his effort with the factors that influence in the accuracy of selecting a vocabulary item as follows: 1 - The difference between words in meaning. 2- The relation between form and meaning. 3- Good construction. 4- Phrase of pause. Then the researcher has also indicated that the above factors have their own influences in Ibn Katheer>s tendencies in his criticism of poetry. At the end of the study, the researcher indicates that considering such factors as a recommendation requires much awareness and intensive knowledge of language in terms of: morphology, syntax, figurative language and sciences of Holly Koran. \
