المستخلص: Mahdism’s Methods of Spreading Islam in Sudan Societies need advices and guidance (Da’wa) to avoid false beliefs and astray dogmas. The Sudanese society, like other Islamic ones, needs advices and guidance that would put it on the right Some religious reformers undertook the role of guiding the society from crooked ways to the right path. To achieve this goal, the Mahdists tried to reform the Sudanese society that suffered under the Turkish rule. The purpose of this study is to highlight the methods adopted by Mahdism State to spread Islam in Sudan. Mahdism adopted wise methods and steady steps to spread Islam among the ranks of the Sudanese people. They focused on the method as it is a key to comply or to rebuff an advice. Mahdy himself and his successors adopted many theoretical and practical methods imitating the prophet Mohammed. Some of the results of the study are: 1. Mahdism uniquely used various methods not adopted by other reformers. 2. Mahdism was really a rescue for Sudanese people from the tyranny and oppression of the Turks. 3. Mahdism unified the ranks, spread morals and deepened the spirit of jihad among the Sudanese people \
