|a يتلخص موضوع بحثنا في أنّه يحاول الكشف عن الحكم الشرعي لأهمّ نازلة حلّت بمجتمعنا، حيث لجأ بعض من يدّعي الانتساب للأمة الإسلامية إلى اعتماد أسلوب خسيس ودنيء تمثل في خطف الأشخاص المدنيين من المسلمين وغير المسلمين واتخاذهم كرهائن للمساومة بهم، وقتلهم بأبشع أشكال القتل ممّا سمح لأعداء ديننا الطاهر التهجم عليه بأقبح النعوت وهو بري من ذلك كله لأننا من خلال دراستنا المعمقة لهذه المسألة لم نجد نصا قرآنيا أو نبويا يجيز مثل هذه الأفعال المشينة التي لا تستسيغها العقول والأنفس الطاهرة النظيفة السليمة.\n\tبل العكس من ذلك تماما وجدنا النبيّ لا يبيح إيذاء الحربيين الذين وقعوا في الأسر وأوصى بحسن معاملتهم فكيف بمن لم يشارك في الحرب؟

|d Se résume à l'objet de notre recherche, ce est qu'il essaie de détecter la compétence de la plus importante descendre abattue sur notre société, où il se est réfugié dans certaines des revendications appartenant à la nation islamique à adopter un style crapuleux et sordide représenté dans l'enlèvement de civils de musulmans et non-musulmans, et ils prennent des otages de négocier pour eux, et les tuer dans les formes les plus horribles de assassiner, permettant aux ennemis de notre religion l'attaquant épithètes que tous d'entre eux parce que nous sommes à travers l'étude approfondie de la question ne ont pas trouvé un texte coranique ou prophétique autorisant ces actes honteux qui ne sont pas les esprits et les âmes de son propre et pure.\n\tMais bien au contraire, nous avons trouvé le Prophète MEHEMED ne permet pas de mal combattant qui a capturé le traitement recommandé, à quel point ceux qui ne ont pas participé à la guerre?

|f The subject of our research is summarized in the fact that it is trying to reveal the legitimate rule of the most important calamity in our society. Some of those who claim to belong to the Islamic Ummah (nation) resorted to a despicable and outrageous way of abducting and taking hostages of Muslim civilians and non-Muslims, and killing them with the worst forms of murder, which allowed the enemies of our pure religion to attack it by the ugliest words. Islam is innocent of all of that because, through our in-depth study of this issue, we have not found a Qur'anic or prophetic text that permits such despicable acts that are not desired by pure and clean minds and souls.\nOn the contrary, we found that the Prophet did not allow harm to the warriors who were captured and recommended that they must be treated well, then what about that who did not participate in the war?\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
