المستخلص: جاء هذا البحث ليتناول "معايير الاستثمار الوقفي المعاصر" التي يجب أن يبنى عليها قرار الاستثمار الوقفي في إدارة الاستثمار الوقفي، وجعلت تلك المعايير في ثلاث مراتب: المرتبة الأولى: معايير "لاختيار النشط الاستثماري الوقفي"، وتضمنت عرض المعايير الآتية: معيار اختيار قطاعات الاستثمار الوقفي"، ومعيار "اختيار بيئة الاستثمار الوقفي"، ومعيار "اختيار الصيغة الاستثمارية الوقفية". المرتبة الثانية: معايير "لإدارة الاستثمار الوقفي"، وتضمنت عرض كل من "المعيار الإداري"، بالإضافة إلى كل من المعيار الأخلاقي والمعيار التعاوني الذي يجب على إدارة الاستثمار الوقفي أن تراعيها خلال الاستثمار. المرتبة الثالثة: معايير "مشتركة لاختيار وإدارة النشاط الاستثمار الوقفي" التي تحتاجها المعايير السابقة في مرتبتيها الأولى والثانية، وتتضمن معيار "الالتزام بحجة الوقف"، ومعيار "المحافظة على ديمومة الوقف واستمراره" ومعيار "المحافظة على عوائد النشاط الاستثماري الوقفي".

This study was undertaken to address “The contemporary endowment investment criteria”, upon which the endowment investment decision must be based in respect to endowment investment. Those criteria have been provided with three ranking grades: The first rank: The criteria “To select the active endowment investment”. The criteria consisted of the following: The criterion of “selecting the sectors of the endowment investment”, the criterion of “selecting the environment of the endowment investment” and the criterion of “selecting the formula of the endowment investment”. The second rank: Criteria “for the administration of the endowment investment” and this comprises of “the administrative criterion” in addition to the moral and cooperative criteria which the administration of the endowment investment must observe during the investment. The third rank: The “Joint criteria for the selection and management of the endowment investment activity” which the preceding criteria require, in their first and second ranks, and this comprises the criterion of “commitment to the proof of the endowment”, the criterion of “the preservation of the permanency of the endowment and its continuity” and the criterion of “the preservation of the revenues of the endowment investment activity”.
