المستخلص: ناقشت في هذا البحث مسألة هامة، وهي: رؤية الله تعالى في الدنيا، في اليقظة والمنام عند أهل السنة والجماعة. وذكرت خلافهم في رؤية الله تعالى في المنام، وأدلة كل فريق، ومعنى هذه الرؤية عند القائلين بالجواز. كما بينت الفرق بين القول بوقوع رؤية الله تعالى في الدنيا يقظة، وبين القول بجواز ذلك، وأهمية مناقشة هذه المسألة على أساس هذين الاعتبارين. وذكرت مسألة رؤية نبينا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ربه تعالى في ليلة المعراج، وخلاف السلف والخلف في ذلك، وهل كانت الرؤية بالعين أم بالقلب – عند المثبتين لها؟ وبعد ذلك ناقشت بعض الأسئلة، وهي: هل رأى سيدنا موسى – عليه السلام – ربه في الدنيا عندما سأل الله تعالى الرؤية، أم أنه لم يره تعالى؟ وهل يرى الصالحون الله تعالى في الدنيا يقظة؟

An important issue has been discussed in this research and that is: The seeing of Allah, the Highest, in the life of this world, when awake and when sleeping, according to the views of the Ahl us-Sunnah Wal-Jama’ah (People of the Sunnah and collective community). I have mentioned their disagreement in respect to seeing Allah, the Highest, when sleeping, and the evidences used by each group, in addition to the meaning of that sighting according to those who state its permissibility. I also explained the difference between the view stating the occurrence of the sight of Allah, the Highest, in the life of this world, whilst awake, and the view stating the permissibility of that, in addition to the importance of discussing this issue upon the basis of these two considerations. I mentioned the issue of our Prophet Muhammad, prayers and peace be upon him, seeing his Lord during the night of Al-Mi’raaj (The assent to the heavens), and the difference of opinion among the Salaf (predecessors) and the Khalaf (those who came later), in relation to that. Was the sight visual by the eye or was it through the heart, according to those who affirm it? And following that, I discussed some of the questions, which were: Did our master Musa, peace be upon him, see his Lord in the life of this world (Dunyaa) when he asked Allah, the Highest, for such a sight, or did he not see Him? And have the righteous people seen Allah, the Highest, in the life of this world when awake?
