المستخلص: \ هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور مواقع التواصل الإلكتروني في تنمية مشاركة الشباب الفلسطيني في القضايا السياسية، واستخدمت، الدراسة المنهج المسحي الاجتماعي بشقيه الوصفي والتحليلي على عينة من جمهور الشباب الفلسطيني بلغت (400) شاب في محافظات غزة.\ \ وقد تم التعرف على مدى استخدام الشباب الفلسطيني لمواقع التواصل الإلكتروني، وما المواقع الأكثر استخداما، وبيان دور تلك المواقع في تنمية مشاركة الشباب الفلسطيني في القضايا السياسية، وتسليط الضوء على نوع القضايا السياسية التي يتناولها الشباب الفلسطيني عبر مواقع التواصل الإلكترونين وكان من أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها هذه الدراسة:\ 1. أن الشباب الفلسطيني يستخدمون مواقع التواصل الإلكتروني بشكل دائم بنسبة 92.2%، وبلغت نسبة الذين يستخدمونها أحيانا 6.5%، وهذا مؤشر بأن نسبة كبيرة من الشباب الفلسطيني يستخدمون مواقع التواصل الالكتروني.\ 2. بينت الدراسة أن شبكة الفيس بوك من أكثر مواقع التواصل الالكتروني استخداما بنسبة 96.5%، ثم تلاها موقع اليوتيوب بما نسبته 1.5%، ثم تويتر بما نسبته 1.25%، ثم جوجل بلس بما نسبته 0.5%، ثم المدونات بنسبة 0.25%.\ 3. أشارت الدراسة إلى أن نسبة 56.14% من الشباب الفلسطيني أجابوا أن مواقع التواصل الالكتروني استطاعت أن تنمي مشاركتهم في القضايا السياسية.\ 4. جاءت القضايا السياسية التي يتناولها الشباب الفلسطيني عبر مواقع التواصل الالكتروني بالترتيب حسب الأكثر أهمية فالأقل وفقا للتالي: (إنهاء الانقسام والمصالحة الوطنية، الحركات والفصائل السياسية، الحصار والاحتلال الإسرائيلي، الانتخابات الفلسطينية، الأسرى، تهويد القدس وضياع الهوية الفلسطينية، الجدار والاستيطان).\ \ ولم تظهر نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات الشباب الفلسطيني وفق المتغيرات التالية: (الجنس، الحالة الاجتماعية، العمر).

The study aimed to reveal the role of the electronic communication sites in the development of the participation of the Palestinian youth in political issues, and used the survey method, both descriptive and analytical on a sample of young audience which was about 400 young Palestinians in Gaza Provinces.\ This study shows the extent of use of the Palestinian youth of networking sites, mail, etc. and the sites that are mostly used, and clarifying the role of such sites in the development of the participation of Palestinian youth towards political issues. Also this study has highlighted political issues that have been raised through the sites of electronic communication and discussed by the Palestinian youth and the extent of benefit of them. The outcomes of this study were as follows:\ 1.\ Palestinian youth use e- networking sites permanently by 92.2 %, and the percentage of those who use them sometimes is 6.5 %, which is an indication that a large proportion of young Palestinians are using e- networking sites.\ 2.\ The Study showed that Face book network is one of the most widely used e-networking sites by 96.5%, followed by YouTube with a percentage of 1.5%, then Twitter with a percentage of 1.25%, then Google Plus with a percentage of 0.5% , then the blogging with a percentage of 0.25%.\ 3.\ The Study indicated that 56.14 % of Palestinian youth answered that e- networking sites have developed their participation in political issues.\ 4.\ The study pointed out that the Palestinian youth said that political issues which are covered by the networking sites, have been discussed in order from the most important to less according to the following: (ending the division and national reconciliation, movements and political parties , the siege and the Israeli occupation, the Palestinian elections, the prisoners, the Judaization of Jerusalem and the loss of Palestinian identity, the wall and settlements).\ The study has come to a conclusion that there are no significant statistical differences in the averages of responses of young Palestinians according to the following variables: (sex, marital status, age).
