يتناول البحث موضوع خصائص القيادة الإسلامية التي بينها الشارع الحكيم في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية الشريفة كمفهوم له علاقة وثيقة بالأحكام السياسية الإسلامية التي ينبغي أن يقوم عليها حكم الله تعالى في الأرض، مع الاستفادة من الدراسات الإدارية الحديثة. وقد أشتمل البحث على مدخل لدراسة مفهوم مصطلح "القيادة"، حيث تضمن مناقشة علاقة القيادة بالرئاسة والإدارة، وأركان القيادة ونظرياتها وأنماطها، ثم بيان مفهوم القيادة الإسلامية في ضوء الثوابت الشرعية، وطبيعتها ومستوياتها. وتناول البحث بالأدلة الشرعية خمسين صفة ينبغي توفرها في القيادة الإسلامية، وقد اجتمعت هذه الصفات الخمسين في خمس مجالات تمثلت في: سلامة العقيدة والاستسلام لله عز وجل ظاهرا وباطنا، والتعمق في العلم الشرعي مع المعرفة بالعلوم الدنيوية النافعة، والتمسك بالأخلاق الإسلامية الحميدة والبعد عن سوء الخلق، والخبرة في الحكم بالشريعة الإسلامية، وامتلاك القدرات الخاصة التي تساعد على القيادة بكفاءة عالية. وقد توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج كان أهمها بيان أن الإسلام قد اهتم بالقيادة في كل مستوياتها، من قيادة الجماعة في الأسرة أو رفقاء العمل وحتى الولاية العامة للمسلمين، بل للأرض جميعا. وأن قيادة الشيخ الياسين قد طبقت جميع الصفات المطلوبة شرعا في القائد المسلم تطبيقا واقعيا في حياتنا المعاصرة بدرجة كبيرة جدا، وذلك في ضوء الاستبيان الذي أجري على مجموعة من المقربين من قيادته.
The research deals with the characteristic of the Islamic leadership that was illustrated by Allah in the holy Qura'n & the holy Sunna of our prophet as a concept that has a close relation with the Islamic political rules which are supposed to be the bases of Allah rules on this earth, with getting the benefit from the modern and administrationl studies. This research includes an introduction to the meaning of the leadership concept as it includes the discussion of the relation between leadership & administration. Pillars of the leadership & its theories & kinds, then the illustration of the concept of the Islamic leadership in the light of the legitmate facts & its nature & levels. This research has dealt with 50 adjectives with legitmate evidences which is supposed to be widely found in the Islamic leadership & these 50 adjectives were found in 5 magazines - which were cleared in the soundness of doctrine (Aqida) & surrendence to Allah internally & externally & getting deeper in the ligetmate knowledge with the useful life sciences & adopting with good Islamic manners & leaving bad manners & the experience in judgeing the Islamic Shariaa' & having special ability which help in leading with high ability. And the research has reached to many results, in which the most important was showing that Islam has took care of the leadership with all its levels, from leading the group in Family or work collegues till the general leading of the Muslims, not only that but also of the whole world. The leading of Sheikh Yassine has implement all the religious required qualities in the Islamic Leader with a high real implementation in our modern life & that in the light of the referendum that was done on some of his close leaders.
