يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على شخصية الشيخ أحمد ياسين القيادية، ومرحل إدارته للصراع مع إسرائيل وكيفية إدارته للواقع الداخلي للشعب الفلسطيني. وقد تم الوصول إلى النتائج من خلال مقابلة عدد من الذين عايشوا شخصية الشيخ أحمد ياسين عن قرب، وقد توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: - العقلية التخطيطية لشخصية الشيخ الشهيد الياسين. - الصبر وطول النفس وعدم تعجل النتائج صفة سائدة عند الشيخ الشهيد. - الكاريزما القيادية والمبادرة الدائمة والمواصفات الشخصية صفات أساسية في شخصية الشيخ. - مراحل تحرك الشيخ رحمه الله كانت مدروسة ومنظمة مع ما في ذلك الخطوات من مساندة إلهية وتوفيق رباني. - اعتماد الإسلام محور ارتكاز للانطلاق وعدم الابتعاد قيد أنملة عن المنهج مع المرونة في الوسائل واستغلال جيد للفرص المتاحة. - إيمان الشيخ بدور القيادة المركزي في العمل والنجاح وأن نظرية التضحية يجب أن تجيدها القيادة أولا. - الإيمان بالتمحيص والابتلاء قدر واقع، ولكن ذلك لا يدفع للتخلي عن الرسالة. - الخطاب السياسي عند الشيخ أحمد ياسين موزون متزن واقعي مع توظيف لأصالة الدين وحداثة السياسة مع استحضار للبعد العالمي والتوظيف العالي للبعد الفقهي الإسلامي لأرض فلسطين كأرض وقف. - الروح التوفيقية العالية مما سمح له بأن يكون محور التقاء الفصائل الفلسطينية وعدم الاختلاف العربي ومحاولات حثيثة وجادة لاستثمار كل الجهود وعدم الاختلاف.
This research attempts to present the leadership qualities of sheikh Ahmed Yasin’s character. It also elaborates on how he managed to run the conflict with Israel and also administrate the Palestinian internal affairs. The outcomes of this research are obtained from interviews with some of those who lived closely with sheikh Ahmed Yasin. The research will demonstrate the following outcomes: - The planning mentality sheikh Ahmed Yasin enjoyed. - Patience, long-suffering, and carefully-taken steps are prominent characteristics of sheikh Ahmed. - Leadership charisma and constant initiatives-taking are fundamental qualities of the sheikh’s character. - The Steps sheikh Yasin took are well planned and carefully studied and are supported by divine provision and aid. - Sheikh Yasin adopted Islam as a fulcrum and strictly followed its teachings with a flexibility in using the tools and a good utilization of opportunities. - Sheikh Yasin believed in the crucial role of leadership to achieve results. He also believed that the leadership must skill in the art of altruism and sacrifice before anybody else. - The sheikh firmly believes in the trials and tribulations as an inevitable matters in the way and that, he believes, should not make us abandon that way. - The sheikh’s political address is weighed, well-balanced, and realistic. He employed the authenticity of religion and modernity of politics in his address taking into consideration the international dimension and Islamic dimension which regards Palestine as an entailed land. - The sheikh possesses a unique conciliatory spirit that enabled him to be a meeting point for all of the Palestinian factions. He did his best to avoid Arab discord and to invest all efforts to serve his cause.
