المستخلص: Faris Al-zoony (a leader of Death Battelion) was born in 1913 in the town of azoon, Qalqilia, Palestine, he wasexcuted in 1939 by the British occupation Army, also he had formed a revolutionary battalion against the British occupation. Some people considered Faris as a criminal not a nationalist or a revelutionist, they were forgetting his struggle, heroic deeds and his fighting against the British occupation Army, some of the collaboraters with the occupation who had succeeded in entering to his battalion, some were believing that the collaboraters were jews, they were flaming the denominational differenciating fire and blackmailing the money, some of those people like Al-Haj Jomm’aa who was looking after his advantage, those collaboraters were killing, assassinating and beating many of the people. Faris negative forms that he was taking fast decisions in killing the suspected people, he was believing that they played roles in their collaboration with the British occupation in Palestine, another negative thing about Faris, that he was taking fast excuting orders from the mufti of his battalion (Al-Haj Ameen Al-Hussaini) without taking any consideration and investigation about his excuting decisions against the suspected collabolaters.
