المستخلص: Selling for benefits according to the request of a client means agreement between two parties one of them gives the order and the other obeys. The one how gives the order (a client) request the other partner to buy him some goods and he agrees to be paid later with a specific benefits. Both partners sign agreement includes all the agreed upon conditions. This form of contracts is a newly created, so as to be a substitute for interest. This contract differs from other forms of contracts that it depends on commitment by the client to buy the goods. Moreover the partner who cannot afford goods has the desire to delegate the other partner to buy him the goods to be paid later with a little of benefit. This contract considered legal if it is based on two stages: 1- A request by a client to buy him a specific goods. 2- To buy the good for the client according to the agreed upon conditions and deliver it to him. The buyer considered responsible for any defect on the goods. The deference between this new form of contract and the traditional one (that has interest) can be summarized in the three following points: 1- The one how buy the goods should put his best efforts to buy it. 2- The buyer is the one how is responsible for any defect in the goods, until he delivers it to the client. If the client delays paying part of the price to the buyer, he should not take an interest.
