المستخلص: article aims at shedding light on some of the fatwas of the tolerant Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Sheikh, the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It includes the provision of delaying the payment of the gold price or the payment of a part and delaying the other part. The provision stated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) obliged this as you have to sale the gold when you have its price. The delay is not permissible. Secondly, the article dealt with the provision of paying the price of gold in another currency not the national currency or paying the value by a check. The provision stated that the payment in both cases is permissible. Thirdly, the article dealt with the provision of selling some of the gold pieces with pictures on them. The provision stated that it is not provision of selling what is called the engagement ring or engagement band. The provision stated that is a blind emulation of the West. We should follow the law and not to resemble our enemies. Fifthly, is there a specific verse that is worthy to be read in Witr and Doha prayer? The answer is that the duty in the prayer is to read Al Faatihah companied with what is easy for you to read from the Qur’an. Sixth, the provision of the one who dies and has fasting for Ramadan, or he has to a vow fasting ( what one gives to his Lord, or commit to himself of charity or worship or both ), and he died whereas he did not carry it out, and he has no guardian to fast it instead. The provision stated that if the died one passed a long time without fasting his assigned days, this would be considered as a sin. Besides, the one who died but have not passed a long time in which he could fast, may God forgive him because he was not excessive one.

هدف المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على بعض من فتاوى سماحة الشيخ عبد العزيز بن عبد الله بن محمد آل الشيخ مفتي عام المملكة العربية السعودية ومنها، أولا حكم تأخير دفع ثمن الذهب أو دفع جزء وتأخير جزء، وجاء الحكم بأن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم منع ذلك فلابد من بيع الذهب وثمنه حاضر، فالتأجيل لا يجوز. ثانيا حكم دفع ثمن الذهب بعملة غير العملة الوطنية أو دفع القيمة بشيك، وجاء الحكم بأن الدفع في الحالتين يجوز. ثالثا حكم بيع بعض القطع الذهبية التي عليها صور، وجاء الحكم بأنه لا يجوز ومحرم. رابعا حكم بيع ما يسمى بخاتم الخطوبة أو دبلة الخطوبة، وجاء الحكم بأنه تقليد أعمى للغرب ولابد من أن نتبع الشرع ولا نتشبه بأعدائنا. خامسا هل هناك سور معينة مستحب قراءتها في صلاة الوتر وصلاة الضحى، وجاء الرد أن الواجب في الصلاة هي قراءه الفاتحة ومعها ما تيسر لك من القرآن. سادسا حكم من مات وعليه صيام من رمضان أو عليه صيام نذر ومات ولم يقضه وليس له من أولياء يصوم عنه. وجاء الحكم أن إذا مضي وقتا يمكن أن يقضي فيه ولم يقضي ومات فهذا آثم، أما من مات قبل أن يمضي وقت يمكن أن يقضي فيه فلعل الله أن يعفو عنه لأنه لم يكن مفرطا.
