المستخلص: Lebanon is one of the important countries in the Middle East that has a strategic location. This important location has made Lebanon is one of unstable countries and a fertile ground for conflicts and disputes regionally and internationally. There are many different doctrines and communities in Lebanon such as Muslims, Christians and Druze and other minorities. This inconsistent fabric in Lebanon caused many incidents and internal political conflicts and civil war. Through these complex circumstances in Lebanon, Islamic Republic of Iran had intervened after the invasion of Israel to Lebanon in 1982 to disseminate the principles of the Islamic revolution and to protect the deprived and vulnerable people in Lebanon Especially the Shiite community, as a result of this circumstances exercised Iran's international role of the United States of America in Lebanon, in the formulation of a new policy with them, one of the manifestations of the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic and the Islamic regime's New, which is incompatible with the path of the strategy of the United States in the Middle East during the period (19821991).
