المستخلص: This study consists of an introduction, a body and conclusion. In the introduction the goal of the study was settled the main subject of the study which is blaming poetry was introduced by shedding light on its development through ages up to The Abbasside period which is the age of A1 -Bohtory. Also, the study discusses the main topic of the study that is the meaning of blame poetry, it discussed Al -Bohtory blaming of the ministers, the leaders and even his friends...etc. This subject was supported by quotations from his poems which I analyzed and clarified their meanings The study shows the poet’s way and style in blaming ;it also shows his own attempts to eliminate any hatred regarding the addressee by reminding him of the previous friendship and respect. The conclusion summarizes the main three aspects of the blaming poetry which are: the psychological situation of the addressee, and his directing of speech to the person to whom he writes his blame poetry for ,and finally the pretext by which he attempts to achieve his goal. \
