This Study aims at recognizing the achieve merle motivation of female teachers in the basic schools in shuhada locality Khartoum state. The researcher used the descriptive survey as it is considered one of the most prevailing forms that provides precise description and interpretations in predicting the future or the phenomenon, The sample of the study is (50) female teachers in Alshuhada locality distributed among four basic schools. The researcher used the scale of achievement motivation after being adapted on the study sample. Constructive credibility indicator ranges between (0.23 and 0.53) and Alphacronbackh stability index (0.79). The study reached the results that the achievement motivation is very high among the female teachers or basic schools in Al shuhada locality and there is no correlation between the achievement motivation and the age variable or female teachers in basic school in Al shuhada locality in addition to be lock or differences in the achievement motivation or female teachers in basic schools in Al shuhada locality which relate to the level or the educational variable. The study concluded with some recommendations.
