المستخلص: لازالت ظاهرة العنف أو ما يطلق عليها بالشغب الجماهيري ظاهرة واسعة الانتشار في كلّ الملاعب الرياضية، وهذه الظاهرة ليست جديدة على الميدان الرياضي و فيه، وإنما هي ظاهرة قديمة قدم المنافسات الرياضية،لكن الجديد فيه الآن تعدد مظاهر العنف والشغب وتغير طبيعته،حيث أصبحت هذه الظاهرة تخرج عن حدود الملاعب ، فنجد الجماهير الرياضية تأخذ انفعالها الايجابي أو السلبي، فبعد الفوز يكون الفرح بطريقة غير حضارية، إما بالاعتداء على الآخرين ،وإلحاق الأذى والضرر بهم أو بممتلكاتهم،وقد تدوم الظاهرة أياما وأشهرا ،وحتى سنوات.
فالدراسة الحالية حاولت الوقوف على أسباب هذا الدمار الاجتماعي الشامل،وتوصلت إلى أنّ الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى هذا العنف، وحسب العينة المستهدفة أن اكبر متسبب فيها هو الجمهور أي الأنصار، ثمّ الحكّام،ثمّ اللاعبون أنفسهم ،كما ترى العينة أن هناك أسبابا تعود للقوانين المطبقة في اللعبة ولمتناولي المخدرات و المهلوسات وخصوصا عند احتكاكهم بالمناصرين، ثمّ المدربين،ثمّ للفرق الشرطية،لكنهم قلّة.


The phenomenon of violence or what has been called mass-rioting is still widespread in all sports arenas. This is not a new phenomenon for and within the sports arena but rather an old one as old as sporting competition itself. However, the new aspect now is the variety of the manifestations of violence and rioting, in addition to a change in its nature. That is as this phenomenon has come to exit the boundaries of the stadium in the case where we find crowds of sports supporters taking their positive and negative emotions out with them. So following victory joy is expressed in an uncivilized manner; by acts of aggression against others and bringing harm and damage to them or their properties, whilst such phenomena could last days, months and even years.
Therefore, the current study attempted to examine the causes of this mass social destruction and concluded in respect to the causes which lead to this violence, according to a target sample, that the main culprit were the masses i.e. supporters or fans, then the referees, followed by the players themselves. The sample also viewed that there are causes which return to the applied laws in relation to the game, in addition to those who take drugs and hallucinogens, and especially when they come into contact with supporters, then coaches and then police squads, although they are only few in number.
