This paper discusses the case of an international relation between two countries, one of them is an ideological political system, namely communist China . It is a case where ideology has not directed foreign policy of China with Sudan, ironically. The Sudan has been under the effect of an opposite ideology, i.e. Islam .The need of economic relation has been seen as apriority, and not ideology. Thus Sino -Sudan relations has been flourishing for more than fifty years, and it has reached its peak in the era of an Islamic oriented regime in Sudan. |
