استهدف هذا البحث: توضيح وضع الخطاب الإسلامي في عصر المعلومات (العولمة) واستقراء آثارها السالبة والموجبة في الخطاب الإسلامي وتحديد متطلبات الدور المنتظر للتخلص من الآثار السالبة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الاستعراضي المنهجي، "Systemic Review" وتكون البحث من: \ المبحث الأول: بعنوان مفهوم العولمة، والمبحث الثاني: واقع أزمة الخطاب الإسلامي، والمبحث الثالث: عن الدور المنتظر لحل تلك الأزمة الناتجة عن العولمة، وعن مقومات النهوض. وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن للعولمة آثاراً إيجابية حين تعني العولمة الانتشار التقني والتبادل المعرفي المتكافئ (Globalization) وأخرى سلبية حين تعني العولمة الهيمنة الغربية من خلال تقنية الانتشار والتأثير (Globalization/Westernization) في الخطاب الإسلامي، وإن كانت الآثار السالبة أكثر من الإيجابية، وهي تهدد مشروع النهوض بالخطاب الإسلامي من حيث الفكر، والدين واللغة. ختم الباحث بوصايا، أهمها: امتلاك ناصية الإبداع الذاتي بعيداً عن التقليد، وضرورة تسخير آليات العولمة لخدمة الخطاب الإسلامي.
This research focuses on Islamic orientation in the era of information, in particular globalization and the negative effects of globalization on the Islamic orientations. Also, the research aims at identifying the requirements of the desired role for removing the negative effects of Globalisation. \ The researcher used the systematic review. The first section is entitled 'The Concept of Globalisation', the second, 'The Situation of Arabic Language Crisis', the third, 'The Desired Role for Solving the Crisis Resulting from Globalisation' the fourth, 'The Principles of Development'. \ The research revealed that the most important results are that globalization has positive effects when globalization means the spread of technology and mutual exchange of knowledge. However, globalization can have negative effects when it means Western domination over the world though the spread of technology and the resulting impact of this technology on the Arabic world at large. (Globalisation/ Westernisation). It is worth mentioning here that the negative effects outnumber the positive ones, a situation which threatens the development of Islamic Orientation, in terms of ideology and religion, as well as the Arabic language. \ The researcher concludes the study a number of recommendations, most important of which are: having self creativity away from tradition and the necessity of exploiting Globalisation mechanisms for serving Islamic orientation.
