The third discussion: Juristic issues 1- Family jurisprudence (Spousal rights, a child's right to natural nursing, women's rights and male guardianship [over females], polygyny, divorce: objectives and education and repudiating the muhallal [a man who marries a divorcee for the purpose of making her permissible for her first husband and then divorcing her]). 2- Economic and financial jurisprudence (asking for money - the ruling for usury) 3- Constitutional jurisprudence and harmonization between national and religious affiliation, the ruling for resorting to non-Muslims to fill senor positions and seeking their help to support Islam and preserve the community. 4- The jurisprudence of jihad in the path of Allah. 5- International jurisprudence.
