Every organization looking for progress, must absorb a balanced policy toward corporate change. Whether this organization is private or public or even ngo. They allocate funds and expertise to get the mission done. Frankly speaking a unique and supportive tool that management must look after, and in the same time do not need money and time, is the value system of an individual. It is an internal generator that direct individual toward giving and achievements, when invested positively. On the contrary, it could be an obstacle when neglected or over come. Around the issue of activating value system toward corporate change, this effort is all about. It was a try to focus on a tool that could assist management to make change penetrates into parts of organization without a serious resistance. |
