المستخلص: May Arab linguists such as Jahiz, and Ibn- Jinee, and Al-Jarajani, have greater researches and studies in tackling semantecd field providing modern thouhts and fruitfull linguistic discussions, as qell as the role of other fields of study in dealing with the epistemological fundamentals of mental faculties and thier role in discovering and suggesting solutions for a number of problematic issues, with great regard to semantics theatrical framework and mental capacity related to linguistic development, mental semantic structure and function governed by evidences and duse reflected by different aspect via chomisky's theory through static and constant rules embodied in the holy koraan raises and amodel ecxample that applied upon the rebel sentece through semantics, phonetic, syntactic and grammatical levels.Elements of expanding in the syntactic semantics level are reprsented in. Na`at, Badal, Tawkees, Tamieez, and in the opinion, and mosnad and mosnad elyhi, expanded patterns, various syantactic, and function, the analyses and practical element.
