The research includes the rules of cancellation on financial transactions and effects resulted in cancellation on Islamic system (Figh), the research obtains preface, four chapters, conclusion and indexes. The first chapter includes the real cancellation on financial transactions, and Islamic (Figh) prescribes specific patterns of (Shariah) that governing cancellation. The first chapter, includes clarifying of reality of cancellation, financial transactions, Islamic (Figh) form from (Shariah) and then it clarifies the reality of contract and its divisions, the differences between the cancellation and cancellous, corruption, invalidity, then gives reference legitimate of cancellation and clarifies rules governing of cancellation. Chapter two discussed the pillars of cancellation, specifications and its types. Chapter three discussed the reason of cancellation and invalidity. Chapter four discussed the effects on cancellation after completion of the contract between two parties or with other, moreover, the effects of financial transactions and trading papers. The researcher concludes the outcome with several results through this research e.g. cancellation involves all financial contracts. In addition, he sets various recommendations such as: we must carry out special researches on the rules governing cancellation on modern financial transactions that people need nowadays to solve today’s problem and the researcher ends his research with technical indexes to reveal about the contents of the research and thanked God on the success of presenting this research.
