The artistic creations of Pre-Islamic Men Arabia dates back to thousands of years. The consistency of subjects and the art content exhibited in rock art throughout the Arabian Peninsula testifies that rock art has played an important role in the social, cultural and religious life of the primitive communities of the region. I hope that the present study could guide us to a better understanding of the Pre-Islamic history in the peninsula. Rock art represents the artistic creations of the illiterate people at the time. It is the major source of understanding of the communities they lived in. However, this paper has a two-folded aim. Firstly, it is a documentary study of the cultural activity in the region attempting to identify the rock art of Balqa'm area as part of Assir region. Secondly, it opens a wide door for specialists in the field to do further studies about the case.
