تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة كفايات معلمي التربية الرياضية في محافظة الكرك للتعامل مع الطلبة المعوقين حركيا، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام استبانة مطورة لغرض جمع البيانات توزيعها على أفراد العينة والتي بلغ تعدادها(١١٩) مفردة، وقد تم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية(SPSS)؛ لتحليل بيانات الاستبانة، اعتمادا على المتوسطات الحسابية، وتحليل التباين المتعدد. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها: ١-أن كفايات معلمي التربية الرياضية في محافظة الكرك للتعامل مع الطلبة المعوقين حركيا جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. ٢-وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كفايات معلمي التربية الرياضية في محافظة الكرك للتعامل مع الطلبة المعوقين حركيا تعزى إلى (النوع الاجتماعي، والخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي) وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة أن تعمل وزارة التربية والتعليم على تعزيز كفايات معلمي التربية الرياضية بأكثر من الحالة المتوسطة التي هي عليها الآن، وذلك من خلال زيادة الوعي عندهم، وعقد الدورات التدريبية والتثقيفية التي تركز على برامج تدريب المعلمين لإعدادهم كمعلمين مؤهلين أكفاء للتعامل مع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
This study aimed at identifying the competency of physical education teachers in Karak governorate in dealing with handicapped students. In order to achieve the aims of the study, a questionnaire has been distributed to a sample of 119 students Also a social science statistical package (SPSS) has been used to analyze the questionnaire data based on calculation means and (MANOVA). The study reached the following conclusions: 1-Physical education teacher competency in Karak govemorate in dealing with handicapped students fell into a moderate level. 2-There are some statistical differences in the teachers’ competency attributed to gender, experience and academic degree. The study thus recommends that the ministry of education improves the competency of teachers by raising their awareness, providing teacher training programmes in order to be qualified to handle the problems of the handicapped students.
