المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة تعرف مفهوم البحث التربوي وتصنيفاته، والمستويات الإبداعية في بحوث الإنتاج العلمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية في جامعة أسيوط، ووضع تصور مقترح لتعزيز الإبداع فيها، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة . وقام الباحث بإعداد استبانة من خمسة محاور (الأصالة -الطلاقة -المرونة –التفاصيل والدقة توفر القيمة والمنفعة من البحث ) تم تطبيقها على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية (تربية عام-تربية نوعية- تربية رياضية ) في جامعة أسيوط، حيث بلغت (150) عضوا، بهدف التعرف على واقع الإبداع في بحوث الإنتاج العلمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس . وجاءت تساؤلات الدراسة كما يلي : ما مفهوم البحث التربوي وتصنيفاته ؟ . ما مفهوم الإبداع في بحوث الإنتاج العلمي ومستوياته ؟ . ما واقع الإبداع في بحوث الإنتاج العلمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية في جامعة أسيوط ؟ . ما التصور المقترح لتعزيز الإبداع في بحوث الإنتاج العلمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية ؟ . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى إجماع أفراد العينة على تحقق بعدي الطلاقة والمرونة بدرجة عالية في بحوث الإنتاج العلمي لدي أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية وتحقق كلا من الأصالة والدقة بدرجة متوسطة وتحقق بعد القيمة والمنفعة بدرجة ضعيفة . وأوصت الدراسة بما يلي : تعزز القيادة الجامعية عملية تقويم الإبداع في الأبحاث التربوية كمنتج . وتقديم المكافئات لأعضاء هيئة التدريس الأكثر إبداعا وتميزا في العمل البحثي . وفتح قنوات اتصال بين كليات التربية والمجتمع المحلي للاستفادة من الأفكار المبدعة والمبتكرة في حل مشكلات المجتمع . وعقد المحاضرات والندوات حول ماهية الإبداع في بحوث الإنتاج العلمي لدي أعضاء هيئة التدريس ودوره في تطوير البحث العلمي . وقدم الباحث في نهاية البحث تصور مقترح لتعزيز الإبداع في بحوث الإنتاج العلمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية في جامعة أسيوط.

The study has aimed at recognizing the concept of educational research, Its classifications and the creative levels in the researches of scientific production of members of teaching staff in faculties of education in assiut university; it has also aimed at suggesting a concept for promoting creativity in these researches. The study used the descriptive method that suits the nature of the study. The researcher has prepared a questionnaire of five sections (originality, fluency ,flexibility, details and accuracy, value and utility of research); it has been applied on members of the teaching staff in faculties of education; specific education and physical education in assiut university; it has 150 members; it aimed at recognizing the reality of creativity in the researches of scientific production of members of the teaching staff.The study questions are as follows: 1-what is the concept of educational research and its classifications? 2-what is the concept of creativity in the researches of scientific production and its levels? 3-what is the reality of the researches of the scientific production of the teaching staff in faculties of education in assiut university? 4-what is the suggested concept for promoting creativity in the researches of scientific production of the teaching staff in faculties of education? The study has reached the unanimity of the individuals of the sample for realizing the two dimensions of fluency and flexibility at a high degree in researches of the scientific production of the members of the teaching staff in faculties of education, realizing, both originality and accuracy at a moderate degree, and realizing the dimension of value and utility at a low degree. The study has recommended the following: 1-the university leadership promotes the process of evaluating creativity in the educational researches as a product.2-members of the teaching staff who are more creative and distinguished in research work should be rewarded. 3-There should be some sort of connection between faculties of education and local society to make use of creative new ideas in solving the problems of the society.4-Holding lectures and seminars about the meaning of creativity in the researches of the scientific production of the teaching staff and its role in developing the scientific research. At the end of the research the researcher presented a suggested concept to promote creativity in the scientific production of the members of the teaching staff in faculties of education in Assiut University.
