المستخلص: The birth of modern Arabic ideology has a strong relation in the history where Arabs discovered the gap between them and their past in the one hand, and them and the atheist rational Christian west from other hand. As a result, they called this situation the decay, the question that has been posed was why Muslims did not develop whereas other did? Around this problematic many ideological tends made a great debate looking for the problem and the reason for the decay. Some tends wont back in the past searching for the start point that was neglected or forgotten, other tends wont to the present trying to profit from the ideological scientific and technological advance of the west, others declared the continuity as a methodological opinion to read heritage. But other tends declared the cut as a methodological opinion to get rid of the authority of the heritage. All these tends meet in one fear which is the reviving the Arabic societies through vivacity in the culture and the ideology of the modern Arabian to cope with current advance that accuse the milieu he is living in. therefore We are going to tackle to the stances that were the result of the modern Arabic ideology in the frame of it, reading to the Islamic heritage in the light of the modern western tends.
