|b The major need for collecting information, its use, its treatment and its control is considered as a basic requirement for the success of any organization, providing that the latter maintains its information, ensures its protection and its security, and in the contrary case, the organization will find itself facing the informational risk; which is regarded as a threat to their information whether from inside or outside. It can also affect its position and its reputation in the market, especially the organization lives in an economy based on the production of information and its logo “who owns the information, owns control”. This research came to shed light on the informational risk that has a relation with the company informational system, its development in the light of the great use of information technology, as well as proceeding to the sources of this threat and their fields.

|a إن الحاجة الكبيرة لجمع المعلومات و معالجتها واستخدامها والتحكم في سيرها تعتبر المطلب الأساسي لنجاح أي مؤسسة، شرط أن تحافظ هذه الأخيرة على معلوماتها وتضمن حمايتها وأمنها، وإذا حدث عكس ذلك تجد المؤسسة نفسها في مواجهة الخطر المعلوماتي الذي يعد تهديدا لمعلوماتها سواء من الداخل أو الخارج، كما يمكن أن يؤثر على مكانتها وسمعتها في السوق خاصة وأنها تعيش في ظل اقتصاد قائم على إنتاج المعلومات وشعاره من يملك المعلومة يملك السيطرة، ولقد جاء هذا البحث لتسليط الضوء على الخطر المعلوماتي المرتبط بنظم معلومات المؤسسات وتطوره خاصة في ظل الاستخدام الكبير لتكنولوجيا المعلومات بها، وكذا التطرق إلى مصادر هذا الخطر ومجالاته.
