المستخلص: The Arabic proverb says: Fatten your dog eats you & starve him follows you with full happiness & pleasure. Regrettably, the Arabs governors; with whole nomadism; applied this saying on their peoples; including judges, so the result was terrible, whereas the salary of judge during Islamic history was so great and similar to a "blank check". This generous giving was as a usual method at The Orthodox Caliphs theoretically and practically, and happened gradually; step by step. It began about $ 600 a month in the era of Prophet Mohammad صلى الله عليه وسلم and arrived at $ 212,000 in the age of Toloni stat in Egypt. If we compared these historical salaries with our contemporary age, we will find that: - Salaries of Prophetic age are equal to Yemeni salaries. - Salaries of Orthodox age are equal to Saudi salaries. - Salaries of Oumawi age are equal to Saudi salaries, too. - Salaries of Abbasi age are equal to British salaries. - Salaries of Fatemi age are excessive of British salaries by 4 -times. - Salaries of Toloni age are excessive of British salaries by 7 -times. Nowadays British Judge gets a salary excess of Yemeni Judge by 30 times. What a shame! \
