استهدف البحث تسليط الضوء على رهانات تفكيك شعوب منطقة المغرب العربي بالدفع لإيجاد أقلية دينية فيه. ومعرفة التحديات التي واجهت الوطن العربي والإسلامي بسبب وجود تلك الأقليات منذ سقوط الدولة الإسلامية أيام الحكم العثماني ومروراً باتفاقية سايسبيكو. وانقسم البحث إلى محورين. الأول بعنوان التحديات التي واجهت شعوب المغرب العربي لوجود الأقليات الدينية فيه. والثاني تضمن ضرورة الحل الإسلامي لمسألة الأقليات الدينية في البلاد الإسلامية. وأشار البحث إلى أن وجود الأقليات بكل أنواعها ولا سيما الأقليات الدينية في الوطن العربي والإسلامي من أهم أسباب التدخلات الأجنبية في البلاد الإسلامية. وتأصيل بذور الكراهية والحقد ضد المسلمين في نفوس المسيحين. وإيجاد الشرخ بين أبناء الوطن الواحد من اجل السيطرة والنفوذ على كل البلاد الإسلامية. وتفكيك شعوب منطقة المغرب العربي بالدفع لإيجاد أقلية دينية فيه. وأوضح المقال دور ولاة أمور المسلمين وعلمائهم في إرساء دعائم مجتمع إسلامي مركب من الأغلبية المسلمة والأقلية غير المسلمة. من خلال إنشاء الدواوين وتدوين دستور للدولة يراعي الجوانب الأساسية لهذه التركيبة الاجتماعية. وأكد المقال على أن العدل والحرية هما السر في نجاح الحلول المقترحة لمسألة الأقليات الدينية وحماية حقوقها.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018


The research aimed to highlight the stakes in dismantling the peoples of the Arab Maghreb region by motivating for a religious minority, and to know the challenges, which the Arab and Islamic countries faced, because of the existence of these minorities since the fall of the Islamic state during the Ottoman rule and through the Treaty of Saispico. The research was divided into two sections. The first is entitled (The challenges, which faced the peoples of the Maghreb for the existence of the religious minorities in it). The second included (the need for an Islamic solution to the issue of religious minorities in the Islamic countries). The study pointed out that the existence of minorities of all its kinds, especially religious minorities in the Arab and Islamic world is one of the main causes of the foreign interventions in the Islamic countries, and rooting the roots of hatred and resentment against Muslims in the hearts of Christians. In addition to creating a gap between the citizens of one country to control and influence on all the Islamic countries, the research referred also to the dismantling of the peoples of the Maghreb region to motivate the establishment of a religious minority in it. The article explained the role of the governors of Muslim affairs and their scientists in establishing the foundations of an Islamic society composed of the Muslim majority and the non-Muslim minority, through the establishment of the cabinets and writing a state constitution that takes into account the basic aspects of this social structure.
