إن الحدود الخارجية للجسم (الصورة الظلية)، من أول ما يلفت نظر الآخرين حتى في المقابلات السريعة وقد تبدو هذه الصفات سطحية ولكنها في واقع الأمر من اهم العوامل التي تقرر رد الفعل المبدئي وتكوين الانطباع الأول عن الآخرين لذا يجب أن يكون الإنسان على قدر من الوعي والمعرفة لنمطه الجسمي لكي يقتني من الأزياء ما يناسبه بحيث يتفق مع روح العصر الذي عيشه. لذا رأت الباحثة أهمية دراسة الأنماط الجسمية بأسلوب علمي دقيق وصحيح بعيد عن العشوائية وبسبب جهل بعض الفنيات بأشكال أجسامهن وذلك بتطبيق أحد الدراسات النظرية التي تقسم الأنماط الجسمية وفقا للحروف (A-X-V-H) لتحديد الأنماط الجسمية من الأمام والحروف (d-b-r-i) من الجنب خلال الصورة الظلية للجسم بإتباع الخطوات الصحيحة التي تساعد في الوصول إلى الشكل الحقيقي للجسم ومعرفة ما يناسب كل نمط من التصميمات والأقمشة والألوان لتساعد على الاختيار المناسب من الملابس. وقد كانت نتائج الدراسة التطبيقية وجود جميع الأحرف في أجسام العينة سواء من الأمام أو الجنب كما تبين من الدراسة عدم ظهور شكل حرف (T) بين أجسام عينة البحث وقد أوصت الباحثة بالآتي: - إجراء الدراسات التطبيقية للدراسات النظرية التي تقسم الجسم إلى أنماط جسمية مختلفة لعمل المقارنة بينها وبين هذه الدراسة لمعرفة أنسبها وإتباعها في معرفة أنماط الأجسام. - إقامة دورات تثقيفية بين الطالبات في المراحل الدراسية المختلفة للتعرف على الأنماط الجسمية المختلفة وتكوين انطباع صحيح لشكل الجسم.
The bodies' outlines are one of the first things that draw attention of others, even in short meetings. These may seem superficial qualities, but in fact they are one of the most important factors which decide the primary reaction and the first impression about the other. Therefore humans must have information and knowledge about their physical patterns and the suitable clothes which conforms to the spirit of the age. The researcher saw the importance of studying these physical patterns by using accurate and true scientific systems, away from randomization and the ignorance of some girls of their figures. That's by applying one of the theoretical studies which is the division of physical patterns, according to letters (A -X -V -H), to determine the physical patterns from the front and letters (d -b -r -i) to determine from the side through the body's outline, by using the right steps which help in reaching the typical body shape and knowing what is suitable to each pattern from designs, fabrics and colors to help choose suitable apparels. Application studies results proved that all letters were in the pattern samples, whether from the front or the side. In addition the study showed that letter (T) didn't appear upon the researched pattern samples. The researcher's recommendations were:- - Doing the applied studies on the theoretical studies which divide the body outline to different physical patterns to make a comparison between them and this study, to know the most suitable one and use it in knowing the physical patterns. - Offering educational courses for the students in different stages to know the different physical patterns and to make right impression about the body figure.
