المستخلص: فإنه توجد بعض التصرفات والأفعال التي تصدر من المكلفين لا تأخذ حكما واحدا، وإنما يختلف حكمها باختلاف الحال والمآل ومن ذلك المشي، حيث ورد فيه آيات وأحاديث تبين أن ثمت مشي مأمور به، وآخر منهي عنه. أ‌- وما أمر به الشارع قد يكون: - واجبا: كالقصد في المشي، والمشي في كل واجب. - مندوبا: وهو كل مشي في طاعة مندوبة كالمشي لصلاة العيدين وعيادة المريض. ب‌- وما نهى عنه الشارع قد يكون: - محرما: كالمشي مرحا، والمشي فيما حرم الله. - مكروها: وهو المشي فيما كرهه الشارع، كمشي النساء مع الجنازة ومشيهن لزيارة القبور. - وهناك المشي الذي لم يرد فيه حكم فيكون مباحا، كالمشي للتنزه. ج-وقد يكون المشي سببا أو شرطا أو مانعا، صحيحا أو فاسدا، عزيمة أو رخصة. ومن الأمثلة على ذلك: المشي إلى صلاة الجماعة سبب في الحصول على سبع وعشرين درجة، والمشي إلى المسجد شرط في حضور صلاة الجماعة، والمشي بين يدي المصلي مانع من كمال الصلاة، والمشي في اتباع الجنازة يكون صحيحا إذا لم يصاحبه صياح وكان الماشي متخشعا متعظا بالموت، ومشي النساء في الأسواق متبرجات فاسد، والمشي يكون عزيمة إذا كان فيما هو مشروع ابتداء كالمشي في مناكب الأرض طلبا للرزق، والمشي اليسير لحاجة في أثناء الصلاة رخصة. والحمد لله الذي أكرمنا بشريعة عظيمة لم تترك شيئا يصلحنا إلا وأرشدتنا إليه ولا شيئا يفسدنا إلا وحذرتنا منه.

Some behaviors and deeds take more than one judgment in Islam. Such deeds are differed according to the state. One of these deeds is which some holy verses and hadiths (Prophet's Saying) come to show the ideal way of walking. Some kinds of walking are supported by Islam while others are not favorable and strictly prohibited. A-What is required in the street may be one of these two forms: -Duty. It includes the normal walking and walking for every duty -Favorable: It include every walking for a voluntary deed aimed to Allah satisfaction as walking tor the two feasts prayers and visiting a patient B-What is prohibited in the street and may be one of these two forms: -Prohibited: as walking with pride and walking for any thing that leads to Allah anger and -Not Favorable: it means walking in the street that is not favorable as the walking of women in the funeral and their walking for visiting tombs. -There are other kinds of walking which has no fixed judgment in Quran or Sunnah and so it is accepted in Islam such as walking for entertainment. C-Walking may be also a reason or condition or barrier, right or wrong and for earning living or being a permission. Here are examples for these kinds of walking: Walking for praying in a group is a reason for getting (27) degrees and walking to mosque is a condition for performing praying in a group. Walking while praying is a barrier for completing praying. Walking in funeral is right if not accompanied by shouting and moves the walker to take a lesson from death and that he will meet the same fate sooner or later. Meanwhile, the walking of women in the market in attractive dressing is corrupt and wrong behavior. Walking could also aim at earning living and slow walking could also be taken as permission for the one performing praying. Finally, thanks to Allah for giving us shariaa “Islamic regulations” that guide us to the right path and prevent us from committing mistakes.
