استهدف البحث تقديم دراسة أدبية نقدية لقصائد شعرية للشاعر أحمد بن مشرف في الإمام فيصل بن تركي آل سعود أوضح من خلالها بعض ملامح شخصية الإمام فيصل بن تركي وسماتها. فارتكز البحث على استقاء بعض ملامح شخصية الإمام فيصل بن تركي من خلال أحداث كان ابن مشرف حاضرا فيها وشاهدا عليها. وسجلها في شعره ولم يكن مادحا مدحا نمطيا تقليديا للإمام فيصل بما أكسب الدراسة شيئا من الجدية والتميز. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن استخدم ابن مشرف في شعره لشخصية الإمام فيصل بن تركي أسلوب تقريري مباشر واضح خال من التعقيد ومن الصور المركبة. واتبع نهج القصيدة التراثية شكلاً ومضموناً في النظام الشعرى المتبع في القصائد. ومن ناحية الصور والأوزان واللغة والتعبيرات والأساليب فقد جاءت صور تقليدية للشعراء القدماء مستخدماً الصور الصحراوية البدوية التي عهدناها في تراثنا الشعرى. وأن الوصف السردي التقريري المباشر هو المسيطر على هذا الشعر والعاطفة هي السائدة في قصائد غنائية تخلل بعضها الحس القصصي. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The aim of the research was to present a critic literary study of poems which are written by the poet Ahmed Bin Musharraf about Al-Imam Faisal Bin Turk Al-Saud. Some features of the personality of Imam Faisal Bin Turk and its characteristics are clarified through this research. The research focused on drawing some of the features of Al-Imam Faisal Bin Turk through events that the son of Musharraf presented and witnessed. He recorded it in his poetry but it was not a traditional compliment style to Al-Imam Faisal .This earned the study something of seriousness and distinction. The research used the descriptive approach. The results of the research was that the son of Musharraf used a clear direct reported style without complexity and composed images in his poetry which is about the character of Imam Faisal Bin Turk. He followed the traditional poem's approach in form and content as the followed system of the poetry. For the images, rhyme, language, expressions and styles, the traditional images of the classical poets were used, including the desert nomadic images that we witnessed in our heritage of poetry. The direct descriptive narrative description is the dominant one in this poetry .The emotion is prevalent in the lyrics, some of which include the narrative sense.
