المستخلص: تتناول هذه الدراسة علي الترتيل وأثره في تدبر الترتيل، حيث تظافرت الأدلة من القرآن والسنة وأقوال السلف في الحث علي ترتيل القرآن مما يدعو المختصين للنظر فيها والوقوف معها، وقد سعي البحث لمعرفة معني الترتيل، ومعني تدبر القرآن، وأهمية وأثر الترتيل في تدبر القرآن، ولقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة علي المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، ومن أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، هي أن الترتيل هو جمال في الصوت وحسن في الأداء، وأن الترتيل تجويد وزيادة، فكل تجويد وزيادة، فكل تجويد ترتيل وليس كل ترتيل تجويد، والترتيل من أهم الوسائل المعينة علي تدبر التنزيل، وأوصى بضرورة عقد عدد من الدورات المتخصصة في ترتيل القرآن وكيفية التغني به، دعوة المراكز والمؤسسات الخاصة بتحفيظ القرآن بالتركيز علي ترتيل القرآن وتدبره، بالإضافة إلي إبراز الوسائل المعينة علي تدبر القرآن ببحوث مستقلة.

Introduction: The evidences Combined from the Qur’an, Sunnah and sayings of the predecessor in induction to recite the Quran, which calls for the professionals people to consider and stand with this task. This research aimed to know the meaning of recitation, the meaning of contrive the Qur'an, the importance and impact of the recitation in the contrive the Qur'an. Research Methodology: descriptive and analytical method Results Research: Reciting: Is beauty in sound and perfect performance Reciting is more than Tajweed (improving) all improving is reciting and not all reciting is improving (Tajweed) Recitation and thinking with the less reading is better than fast reading with plentiful reading; because the aim understands the Qur'an and it’s manageable. Reciting is one of the most important helping means to manageable the holy Qur'an. The Caring of the predecessors and successors by reciting of Quran is the main importance and impact of understanding and manageable of holy Quran. Recommendations: 1-Holding specialized, courses in how to recite the Quran and how to sing by it. 2- Call centers and private institutions that concerned of memorizing &recitation of Quran by focusing on the Quran and it’s contrive. 3-provide helping means for contrive he Quran and making efforts to provide independent researches.
