المستخلص: The results: 1. Mothers health care A. The proportion of vaccinated pregnant mothers against tetanus increased from 72.1% in 2008 to 75.8% in 2014. B. The percentage of birth who were born with the help of a medical service provider increased from 78.9% in 2008 to 91.5% in 2014, the highest increase was in rural Upper Egypt it reached 83.1% in 2014 versus 59.2% in 2008, with an increase of 23.9% percentage points. 2. children health care A. There is no significant increase in the coverage level of all basic vaccinations where it reached 91.5% in 2014, while it was 91.3% in 2008. B. The level of children vaccination coverage of trio paralysis increased from 94.8% in 2008 to 96.6% in 2014, hepatitis vaccination decreased from 96.1% in 2008 to 94.9% in 2014 and there was the same pattern for measles vaccination. 3. Infant feeding (breastfeeding) A. The proportion of children who are not breastfed increased in 2014 compared to 2008. B. Exclusive breastfeeding rate decreased from 78.9% in 2008 to 70.6% in 2014. C. It is noted that there is a use of food supplements during the first year of the child's birth with the exception of children in the age group (less than two months) in 2014 and the proportion of children in the age group (2-3month) decreased from 6.3% in 2008 to 4% in 2014. 4. Children nutritional status A. The proportion of children who suffer from the thinness increased from 7% in 2008 to 8% in 2014, while stunting decreased from 29% in 2008 to 21% in 2014 and there is a stability in the percentage of children who suffer from obesity as it reached 6% for the two years. 5. Diseases A. The incidence of diarrhea among children less than 5 years increased from 8.5% in 2008 to 14% in 2014 with the rise rural 14.9% versus 11.1% for urban in 2014. B. The proportion of whom treated by consulting decreased slightly from 55.5% to 55.3% and the service provider who used the drought solution decreased from 30.4% to 29.8 % between 2008.2014. C. The proportion of people with symptoms of respiratory disease increased from 7.8% in 2008 to 13.6% in 2014, while for the age groups, the highest rate of injury was for the age group (6-11month) 12.1% in 2008 and it reached18.3% in 2014 and the proportion of injury males is higher than females for both years 14.9% for males, 12.2% for females in 2014. D. The percentage of anemia for children under five is 27.2% in 2014, while in the countryside rose to 29.2% compared to 23.1% in urban areas for the same year.
