|a لقد أصبحت تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في مجالات التنمية والتعليم والانتاج والصناعة من الخيارات والاختيارات التي تسعى من خلالها هذه المؤسسات الى تحقيق الميزة التنافسية، وتعدّ مؤسسة سونلغاز الجزائر SPE، من بين هذه المؤسسات التي باشرت إلى إدخال تطبيقات واتاحات تكنولوجية التسيير الالكتروني للمعلومات ضمن إستراتجيتها في التطوير الدائم للنجاعة، وعلى مستوى كامل فروعها الإنتاجية.\nبعد أن خطت SPE تجربة ناجحة في إدارة فروعها الإنتاجية من خلال نظام "GMAO" عمدت إلى تدعيم هذا النجاح بنظام التسيير الإلكتروني للمعلومات ووثائق المؤسسات الذي يوفر الوصول واستغلال مختلف الوثائق التقنية والمخططات من طرف التقنيين المكلفين بالصيانة في إطار وظائفهم، وعن طريق هذا النظام فإن SPE في الطريق نحو تشكيل قاعدة بيانات وثائقية تسمح بالحفاظ على ذاكرتها.\nوسنبرز في هذه الدراسة أهمّ الخطوات والمراحل التي إتبعتها وحدة إنتاج الكهرباء SPE في إدخال هذا النظام، وما هي النتائج التي تحققت لها في الميدان.

|f Information technology applications in the fields of development, education, production, and industry have become one of the options and choices through which these institutions seek to achieve a competitive advantage. Sonelgaz Algeria SPE is one of these institutions that have embarked on the introduction of applications and availability of electronic information management technology as part of its strategy for continuous development of efficiency and at the level of its entire production branches. \nHaving successfully managed its production branches through the GMAO system, SPE supported this success with the electronic information management and enterprise documentation system, which provides access and utilization of various technical and schematic documents by technicians charged with maintenance in the framework of their functions. Through this system, SPE is on the way to creating a documentary database that allows its memory to be preserved.\nIn this study, we will highlight the most important steps and stages taken by the Electricity Production Unit of SPE in introducing this system, and what results have been achieved in the field.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
