المستخلص: De tout temps, le contact culturel social et linguistique ont entraîné de nouveaux mots. Cet échange n’est cependant pas toujours équilibré car lorsque deux langues sont en contact, il est rare qu’elles s’empruntent mutuellement la même quantité de mots. Cette quantité traduit dans la plupart des cas un rapport de force entre les communautés, celle qui est dominée sur le plan politique, économique et culturel fait d’avantage appel aux ressources linguistiques de l’autre. Plusieurs domaines ont été investis par ce phénomène de l’emprunt. Dans le cadre d’une recherche, une enquête a été menée pour vérifier le cheminement des procédés d’intégration et d’adaptation de l’emprunt français dans le parler dialectal des ouvriers (maçons) de la wilaya de Saida et répondre à la problématique suivante « comment un mot français peut-il se trouver dans le parler d’un ouvrier qui n’a jamais été en contact direct avec la langue française et comment opère t-il à intégrer phonétiquement, syntaxiquement ce processus ?

At all times, cultural social and linguistic contact has led to new words. This exchange, however, is not always balanced because when two languages are in contact, it is rare that they borrow mutually the same amount of words. This quantity in most cases reflects a balance of power between communities, while the one that is politically, economically and culturally dominated relies more on the linguistic resources of the other. Several areas have been invested by this phenomenon of borrowing. As part of a research, a survey was carried out to check the progress of the processes of integration and adaptation of the French borrowing in the dialectal speech of the workers (builders) of the province of Saida and to answer the problematic next "How can a French word be found in the speech of a worker who has never been in direct contact with the French language and how does he operate to integrate this process phonetically and syntactically?
