هدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة ريادة الأعمال وأثرها في معالجة البطالة في المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك من خلال استعراض أثر ريادة الأعمال في إيجاد الحلول والمعالجات لمشكلة البطالة بين شباب المملكة العربية السعودية محل الدراسة، وتقييم مدى مساهمة مشاريع ريادة الأعمال في معالجة وحل مشاكل الشباب السعودي مع البطالة، وإلقاء الضوء على أهم المكاسب التي تحققت والتي يمكن أن تتحقق من خلال هذه المشاريع الريادية لشباب هذه الدولة محل الدراسة، لمساعدتهم في إيجاد المعالجات والحلول التي يمكن أن تتحقق لهم في ظل تطبيق مشاريع ريادية حديثة، ومحاولة معرفة الرؤى والخطط المستقبلية لإدارة هذه المشاريع الريادية في ظل الثورة المعلوماتية الحديثة، مع إعطاء فكرة واضحة وشاملة عن تطور الثورة المعلوماتية الحديثة، وما يحتويه هذا المجال من علوم، وتقنيات وأساليب حديثة يمكن الاستفادة منها في تحقيق العديد من المزايا والمكاسب لهذه المشاريع الريادية التي تساهم في مواجهة البطالة بين شباب المملكة، وكذلك التعرف على أهم المشاكل والمعوقات والمصاعب التي تواجه مشاريع ريادة الأعمال والعمل على إيجاد المعالجات والحلول لهذه المعوقات والمشاكل. وقد حقق هذا البحث صحة فرضية أن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية (عكسية) قوية بين تطبيق مشاريع ريادة الأعمال بالمملكة والحد من البطالة بين شباب المملكة، وإن كان كا2 المحسوبة أقل من كا2 الجدولية قد أثر بعض الشيء في قوة صحة هذه الفرضية، وكذلك الفرض القائل بأنه توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية (إيجابية) قوية بين التحول نحو المشاريع الريادية الحديثة وخلق فرص وظيفية حقيقية بين شباب المملكة. كما اتضح صحة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية (إيجابية) قوية بين كثرة المشاريع الريادية وزيادة دخل الفرد بين الشباب السعودي محل الدراسة، وثبت كذلك صحة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية (إيجابية) قوية بين تطبيق المشاريع الريادية وزيادة عدد نسبة الشباب المتزوجين في المملكة. ومن خلال صحة الفرضيات التي تقدمت خلص الباحث إلى أن ريادة الأعمال لها أثر كبير وإيجابي في معالجة البطالة وآثارها بين شباب المملكة العربية السعودية محل البحث.
The objective of this research is to find out entrepreneurship and its impact in dealing unemployment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the impact of entrepreneurship in finding solutions and remedies to the problem of unemployment among the youth of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to assess the extent of the contribution of entrepreneurship projects in dealing and solving the Saudi youth problems of unemployment, and to shed light on the most important gains that can be achieved through these pilot projects for the youth of this country under study, to assist them in finding treatments and solutions to this problem, in the light of application of modern pilot projects, and trying to figure out the visions and future plans for managing these pilot projects in the light of modern information revolution, giving a clear and comprehensive overview of the development of modern information revolution idea. This field of science and technology, and modem methods can be used to achieve many of the advantages and benefits of this pilot in the face of unemployment among the youth of the Kingdom under study projects and to identify the most important constraints and problems facing the difficulties of entrepreneurship projects and work to find treatments and solutions to these obstacles and problems. This research has made the health of the hypothesis that there is a statistically significant relationship (inverse) strong between the application of entrepreneurial projects in the Kingdom and the reduction of unemployment among the youth of the Kingdom, as there is a statistically significant relationship (positive) strong between the shift towards a modem pilot projects and create real job opportunities between Kingdom's youth, and as it turns out the health of the presence of a statistically significant relationship (positive) strong among the large number of pilot projects and increase per capita income among Saudi youth under study, and also proved the health of the presence of a statistically significant relationship (positive) strong between the application of pilot projects and increase young married in Saudi Arabia. Through the health of the hypotheses put forward to the researcher concluded, that entrepreneurship have a significant and positive impact on unemployment and its effects among the youth of Saudi Arabia under study.
