هدف المؤتمر الحالي إلى التعرف على مواقف علماء الاجتماع العرب أمام أسئلة التحولات الراهنة. حيث أشار إلى ان التحولات الجارية في المجتمعات العربية والتي تولدت عن إرهاصات تحمل معها ملامح مجتمعات عربية جديدة وهي المجتمعات التواقة إلى تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية على ركام الأبنية السلطوية المستبدة على أسس قيمية جديدة تثمن قيم الكفاءة والاستحقاق على حساب قيم الانتماء الطائفي أو الديني أو العرقي أو السياسي. وارتكز المؤتمر على عدة محاور من أهمها التغير الاجتماعي والاحتجاجات الاجتماعية والتغير الاجتماعي وتراكم الاحتجاجات الاجتماعية والتغير الاجتماعي في المجتمعات العربية ودور النخب والتحولات الاجتماعية بين المطالب السياسية والمطالب الاجتماعية والفئات الهشة وبناء عناصر القوة والتحولات الاجتماعية ودور الوسائط الإعلامية والاتصالية. كما تناول المؤتمر الكشف عن حالة اللايقين التي تسم المشهد الثوري العربي والتونسي. وقد انعقد هذا المؤتمر تحت رعاية وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي بالجمهورية الجزائرية. واختتم المؤتمر بمحاولة الإجابة على تساؤلات اللحظة التاريخية التي يمر بها الوطن العربي. ومحاولة إثارة الأسئلة تجاه اللحظة القادمة. كما ان أكثر المتضررين من نظام الحكم قبل ثورة 30 يونيو 2013 هم أيضا أكثر المتضررين بعدها والذين ساندوا الثورة ولم تتحقق أحلامهم المشروعة. ووجود حالة من اليأس والإحباط من النظام القائم بعد ثورة 2011. كما انه من المتوقع ظهور موجه ثورية أخري من الاعتراض علي حكم الإخوان المسلمين. إلى جانب الكشف عن بعض الإشكاليات المرتبطة بتعريف النخب السياسية في المشهد السياسي الجديد وبتفكك النخب المركزية وتبدل مراكز السلطة والنفوذ.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018



The aim of the current conference was to identify the attitudes of Arab sociologists towards the questions of current transformations. It pointed out that the current transformations in the Arab societies, which were a result of the predictions that bear the features of new Arab societies. Those societies are the societies that are eager to achieve social justice on the rubble of autocratic authoritarian systems; this justice will be based on new values that will support the values of competence and merit contra the values of politic, racial, religious and sectarian belongingness. The conference was based on several axes, for example, social change and social protests, social change and the accumulation of social protests and social change in Arab societies and the role of elites. It also discussed the social transformations between political demands, social demands, fragile elites, building power, social transformations and the role of media and communication. The conference also turned to the state of uncertainty that characterizes the Arab and Tunisian revolutionary scene. The conference was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Republic of Algeria. The conference concluded by trying to answer the historical moment that the Arab world is going through. It also tried to provoke questions about the next moment. The most affected ones by the regime before the June 30, 2013 revolution are also the most affected ones after the revolution. Those ones supported the revolution and their legitimate dreams didn't come true. There was a state of despair and frustration of the existing regime after the revolution of 2011. It is also expected that another revolutionary wave will break out because of opposing to the rule of the Muslim Brotherhood. In addition to the disclosure of some of the problematic issues associated with the definition of political elites in the new political scene, the conference pointed to the disintegration of the central elites and the change of centralization of authority and power..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
