هدفت الدراسة إلى: 1- إلقاء الضوء على الإشكاليات التى وقفت حائلاً دون التقارب بين مخرجات التعليم الجامعى وسوق العمل. 2- إعادة النظر فى مناهج التعليم الجامعى لإعادة تصميم البرامج التعليمية لتصبح أكثر مواءمة لعصر اقتصاد المعرفة. 3- الوقوف على المتغيرات التى تحدث داخل سوق العمل وتأثيرها على المهارات التى يحتاجها خريجو التعليم لسد احتياجات مجتمع المعرفة بالتركيز على مهارات الحاسب والتفكير. 4- تهدف الدراسة إلى تزويد المسئولين عن التعليم الجامعى لضرورة إعادة تصميم البرامج التعليمية التدريبية لتصبح موائمه لعصر اقتصاد المعرفة وتنمى قدراتهم الإبداعية ورفع أدائهم الكيفى. 5- وضع خطة إستراتيجية للإرتقاء بمهارات المستوى التقنى لخريجى التعليم الجامعى، وذلك ما يحتاجه سوق العمل المتغير. منهج البحث: تستخدم الدراسة المنهج الاستشرافى الذى يقوم على التنبؤ بالأوضاع والظواهر المستقبلية انطلاقاً من الأوضاع والمعطيات المعاصرة كما استخدمت المنهج الوصفى باعتباره منهجًا يساعد فى رصد واقع الظاهرة موضع الدراسة وتحليلها ونقدها والتنبؤ بمستقبلها. الإستراتجية المقترحة وأهم متطلبات تنفيذها: 2- تنمية مهارات خريجى التعليم الجامعى بما يتناسب مع متطلبات سوق العمل وذلك فى ضوء احتياجات مجتمع المعرفة. ولتحقيق ذلك يتطلب تحقيق الأهداف التالية:- 1- تسليط الضوء على برامج التدريب بالجامعات المصرية متمثلة بالجانب التطبيقى للمعرفة وتنمية الجانب التخصصى لرفع مستوى كفاءتهم بإقامة منظومة حيوية لاكتساب المعرفه وتوظيفها. 2- أن تساهم الجامعة فى نشر الثقافة الإلكترونية داخل الجامعة بأبعادها المعرفية من أسس تطبيقات التكنولوجيا. 3- أن تقوم الجامعة بدور الوسيط بين البحث العلمى والقائمين على الصناعة على المستوى المحلى، وفى هذه تكمن وظيفة هامة للجامعة وهى إنتاج العمالة المنتجة للشركات. 4- إعداد عمال المعرفة فالجامعة بحاجة لطرح آليات جديدة لتشجيع أعضاء هيئة التدريس على إجراء البحوث العلمية
The Aim of Study: 1- It sheds light on the problems that prevent closure between the outcomes of university education and labor market. 2- Reviewing the curricula of university education to benefit from the designs of educational programs to keep up more with age of knowledge economy. 3- Discussing the changes in the labor market and its effect on the skills needed by education graduates to apply the needs of knowledge community focusing on the skills of computer and thinking. 4- The study aims at providing the persons in charge of the university education to redesign the preparing educational programs in order to be suitable with the age of Knowledge economy, develop their creative abilities , and raise their how performance. 5- Having a strategic plan to develop their technical level of the university education graduates. That what the changeable labor market needs. Methodology: The study follows the supervisory approach predicting the positions and future phenomena out of the positions and contemporary proofs. Also, it uses the descriptive approach as an assistant one to depict the fact of studied phenomenon analyzing, criticizing , and predicting its future. The proposed Strategy and its most important requirements: There should be development of the skills of university education graduates coordinating with the requirements of labor market in the light of the needs of knowledge community. It will achieve that aim as follows: 1- Shedding light on the training programs of the Egyptian universities representing the applying side of knowledge and developing the specialized side to raise their performance level. 2- The university should contribute in publishing the electronic culture inside community with its knowledgeable dimensions of technology application foundations. 3- The university should play the middle role between the scientific research and the persons in chargeof industry at the local level. Here appears the university ’s important task which is the production of the companies’ productive labors. 4- Preparing the labors of knowledge as the university is in need of presenting new mechanisms for all the staff to do scientific researches.
