|b This study addresses the Folk proverb and what functions as proverbs of the common sayings in a generally semi consistent cultural region. It also presents specific principles pertaining to being politically, socially, culturally, and educationally responsible. This study discusses two main aspects. One is about the theoretical background concerning the making of values based on verbal clues and their role in gearing up cognitive abilities to different civilized and moral directions. This aspect addresses the approach by which tradition and values are generally constructed. It is examined by studying the link between the human experience and mental perceptions of the human models that represent the sources of both popular culture and the making of societal measures of values via constant linguistic tools. In order to identify the folk imagination involved in forming the traits of individualistic personality in a society that provides evaluation of each trait based on its consistency with the human models that have been subjected to selection and modification. The study also presents factors of dominance in the society which lead to the creation of influential thoughts that affect the public either through the media or Folk means such as private social gatherings.
