المستخلص: هدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الأسرة ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني في الوقاية من التطرف والإرهاب والتعرف إلى أهم الأسباب التي تساهم في انتشاره، كما هدفت إلى التعرف إلى مستويات أدوار كل من الأسرة والمدرسة والمسجد وما تأثير تلك الأدوار في الوقاية من هذه الظاهرة، وقد استخدمت الباحثة منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة وتم اختيار عينة قصدية حجمها (866) تم توزيعها على ثلاثة أقاليم الجنوب إقليم الوسط وإقليم الشمال، واستخدمت الباحثة النسب المئوية والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لتحليل إجابات المبحوثين، وكان من أبرز نتائج الدراسة أن تهميش الأفراد اجتماعياً واقتصادياً من أكثر الأسباب التي تساعد على انتشار ظاهرة التطرف والإرهاب، وأن مستوى دور كل من الأسرة والمؤسسة الدينية مستوى متوسط في الوقاية من منه، بينما بينت الدراسة أن مستوى دور المسجد هو من المستويات المرتفعة في الوقاية من هذا السلوك الإجرامي، كما كشفت النتائج بأن الأوضاع القائمة لأدوار الأسرة والمؤسسة التربوية تؤثر تأثيراً معنوياً عكسياً على الوقاية من تلك الجريمة بمعنى أن تلك الأوضاع الراهنة لكل من الأسرة والمؤسسة التربوية هي أوضاع محفزة للتطرف والإرهاب بينما الأوضاع القائمة لدور المسجد يؤثر تأثيراً معنوياً إيجابياً، بمعنى أن أدوار المؤسسة الدينية هي أدوار فعالة في الوقاية من ظاهرة التطرف والإرهاب، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات بما يكفل تفعيل أدوار مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في الوقاية من هذه الظاهرة الخطيرة.

This research aims to study the role of the family and civil society institutions in the prevention of extremism and terroism and to identify the most important reasons that contribute to the spread this phenomenon, also aimed to identify the levels of the roles of family, school and mosque and what effect those roles in the prevention of this phenomenon, researcher used social survey method, sample was (866) and were distributed to the three provinces of the South, Central Region and province of the north, and the researcher used percentages, averages and standard deviations tor the analysis of answers of respondents the most prominent results of the study that the marginalization of individuals socially and economically was the most common reasons that help spread the phenomenon of extremism and terrorism, and that the level of the role of the family and the educational institution average level in the prevention of it, while study showed that the level of the role of the mosque is from the high levels in the prevention of this criminal behavior, and the results revealed that the existing conditions of the roles of family and educational institution affect influential morally inversely to the prevention of such a crime in the sense that the current situation for each of the family and educational institution are conditions conducive to extremism and terrorism, while the existing conditions of the role of the mosque affects influence morally positive meaning that the religious establishment roles are effective roles in the prevention of the phenomenon of extremism and terrorism, the study concluded a set of recommendations to ensure the activation of the roles of civil society organizations in the prevention of this dangerous phenomenon
