المستخلص: This subject enables the insured or those whose rights are entitled to receive their benefits from social security payments within the framework of the internal settlement. That is because of the current circumstances today and especially the negative effects on Algerian society, resulting from the state’s adoption of the free economy approach, which Algeria adopted before having met its conditions and before making preparations to face the consequences and negatives of this system, whether by establishing a legal system to protect the vulnerable strata of society, or by putting in place a legal system to protect the vulnerable elements of society, or by setting more stringent rules and mechanisms to deal with the failure of employees, especially private ones, to fulfill their duties in terms of paying the contributions due to them from the social security bodies.

Que cette question peut être assuré ou ceux qui ont des droits d'accès à leurs droits des performances de sécurité sociale dans le cadre du règlement intérieur, ainsi que les conditions actuelles d'aujourd'hui, surtout en raison de l'impact négatif sur la société algérienne de poursuivre approche économique libre d'État adopté par l'Algérie sans que les conditions et préparer et préparer faire face aux conséquences et les inconvénients de ce système, à la fois le développement d'un système juridique capable de protéger les secteurs les plus faibles de la société, ou l'élaboration de règles et de mécanismes plus strictes à l'égard de traiter le visage de l'échec des utilisateurs et en particulier les propriétés de leurs fonctions en matière de paiement des cotisations, qui est qu'ils ont des organismes de sécurité sociale.

ان هذا الموضوع يمكن المؤمن له أو ذوى حقوقه من الحصول على مستحقاتهم من آداءات الضمان الاجتماعي فى اطار التسوية الداخلية ، ذلك ان الظروف الحالية اليوم وخاصة ما نتج من اثار سلبية على المجتمع الجزائري من انتهاج الدولة نهج الاقتصاد الحر الذي تبنته الجزائر دون توفر شروطه واعداد وتحضير لمواجهة عواقب وسلبيات هذا النظام سواء بوضع منظومة قانونية كفيلة بحماية الطبقات الضعيفة في المجتمع ، او وضع قواعد وآليات اكثر صرامة فيما يخص التصدى لمواجهة عدم وفاء المستخدمين وخاصة منهم الخواص بواجباتهم من حيث تسديد الاشتراكات التى هي عليهم لدى هيئات الضمان الاجتماعي
