المستخلص: This study seeks to identify the impact of e-management upon the decision-making process. It addresses the effective role played by e-management in improving the performance of organizations and improving their relationships with their customers and various partners. It also seeks to identify the stages of decision-making, the various challenges associated with the attendant changes and the impact of the use of decision support systems on the efficiency of decision-making.
The results of the study showed the need for organizations to move to electronic practices and to connect their branches to a communication network that ensures the rapid flow of information between them. The human component must also be qualified to be able to adopt various information technologies in the conduct of various administrative processes. This study also concluded that decision support systems rely on artificial intelligence tools to identify and diagnose problems and access information that is used to find solutions to them through what is available in their knowledge bases. Just as it was found that e-management is based upon an integrated mix of human competencies and that the adoption of information at the right time and place accompanied by a varied, suitable and flexible infrastructure, characterizes an orientation moving towards the digital world and processes which seek to facilitate the realization of electronic business.

Cette étude vise à identifier l'influence de gestion électronique dans le processus de décision, et d'aborder le rôle efficace que le jeu e-gouvernance dans l'amélioration de la performance des institutions et d'améliorer ses relations avec ses clients et ses différents partenaires, ainsi que la connaissance des étapes de la prise de décision, et les différents défis qui l'accompagnaient à la lumière des changements d'accompagnement à elle, et à identifier sur l'impact de l'utilisation d'aide à la décision sur l'efficacité des systèmes de prise de décision.
Les résultats de l'étude doivent faire la transition vers des institutions e-business, et le réseau de communication reliant les branches pour assurer la circulation rapide de l'information entre eux, comme il se doit la réhabilitation de l'élément humain pour être en mesure à divers adoption de la technologie de l'information dans le cadre des divers processus administratifs; comme Cette étude a également révélé que les systèmes d'aide à la décision basées sur l'intelligence artificielle dans l'identification des problèmes, de diagnostic et de l'accès à l'information utilisée pour trouver des solutions à eux à travers ce qui est disponible dans les bases de connaissances, et que l'e-gouvernance est basée sur une combinaison intégrée des ressources humaines et de l'adoption de l'information à un des outils de temps bon endroit et avec une variété d'infrastructures appropriées et flexible, porte en elle la tendance vers le monde et les processus qui visent à faciliter l'achèvement des affaires par voie électronique numérique.


تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير الإدارة الالكترونية في عملية اتخاذ القرار، والتطرق إلى الدور الفعال الذي تلعبه الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين أداء المؤسسات وتحسين علاقاتها مع زبائنها ومختلف شركائها؛ وكذا معرفة مراحل اتخاذ القرار، ومختلف التحديات التي ترافقه في ظل التغيرات المصاحبة له؛والتعرف على أثر استخدام نظم دعم القرار على كفاءة اتخاذ القرار.
وبينت نتائج الدراسة ضرورة انتقال المؤسسات إلى الأعمال الإلكترونية، وربط فروعها بشبكة اتصالية تضمن الانسياب السريع للمعلومات فيما بينها، كما لابد من تأهيل العنصر البشري لكي يتمكن من اعتماد مختلف تقنيات المعلومات في سير مختلف العمليات الإدارية، كما توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن نظم دعم القرار تعتمد على أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحديد المشاكل وتشخيصها والوصول إلى المعلومة التي تستخدم في إيجاد حلول لها من خلال ما هو متاح في قواعدها المعرفية،وأن الإدارة الإلكترونية تقوم على مزيج متكامل من الكفاءات البشرية واعتماد المعلومة في الوقت والمكان المناسبان مع وجود بنية تحتية متنوعة مناسبة ومرنة، تحمل في طياتها توجها نحو العالم الرقمي والعمليات الساعية إلى تسهيل انجاز الأعمال إلكترونيا .
