The concept of the right to quality of life is realized by achieving the individual enjoying all his rights and freedoms, making life more comfortable and dignified and it is this which reinforces the self-satisfaction and happiness of the individual. Human security contributes to realizing the right of quality of life. That is by empowering individuals with their various rights and freedoms that allow them to live a quality and dignified life and ensure the chances of sustainability of this life for future generations. Human security, as a multidimensional concept, seeks to protect the people from all kinds of economic, social, political and environmental threats. It also contributes to enabling them to benefit from their fundamental rights and freedoms, which represent the motivation to direct their lives towards that which is better. This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. la notion du droit à la qualité de vie ne se concrétise que si les individus bénéficient suffisamment de leurs droit et libertés ce qui rend leur vie plus prospère. et la sécurité humaine contribue a la concrétisation le droit à la qualité de vie; toute en offrant aux individus la possibilité d’exercer leurs droits et libertés. De plus elle leur permet de mener une vie avec dignité, et assurer la viabilité de cette vie pour les génération futures. La sécurité humaine comme un concept multidimensionnel protège les individus contre toute menace sociale; politique et environnemental et leur permet de bénéficier de leurs droits et libertés et ce pour une vie meilleur. يتحقق مفهوم الحق في جودة الحياة بتحقيق انتفاع الفرد بكافة حقوقه وحرياته، مما يجعل من الحياة أكثر رفاها وكرامة، وهذا ما يعزز ذاتية الرضا و السعادة لديه. ويساهم الأمن الإنساني في تحقيق جودة الحق في الحياة، وذلك من خلال تمكين الأفراد من مختلف حقوقهم وحرياتهم التي تسمح لهم بعيش حياة نوعية وكريمة، وتضمن فرص استدامة هذه الحياة للأجيال المقبلة. فالأمن الإنساني كمفهوم متعدد الأبعاد يعمل على حماية الناس من جميع أنواع التهديدات الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، السياسية والبيئية...، كما يساهم في تمكينهم من الانتفاع بحقوقهم وحرياتهم الأساسية التي تشكل دافعا لتوجيه حياتهم نحو الأفضل. |
