المستخلص: The subject of civil society knows a multiple and deep debate especially about its importance and role. however Talking about civil society has become a necessity therefore many scholars are trying to locate and allocate the relation between civil society and political society ,so in this topic we will focus on the role of civil society through different items for example how the civil society could enhance the governance and improve the political development and highlight the current political ,economic, and social Circumstances. We chose the Maghreb region Case of Study ,especially since some of these countries have recently experienced changes however civil society is seeking through the adoption of a set of mechanisms working to achieve political and economic in nature and social goals
